Contract Maintenance Engineer
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (CONTRACT ROLE)
WIGAN
Up to £25 per hour
4 on 4 off (Days and Nights)
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work for global leading manufacturer. The role is a contract position and ideally, we are looking for someone who would be available to start immediately.
Reporting directly to the Engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers.
Role Description
*Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager
*Identifying and fault finding both mechanically and electrically
*Breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance of all machinery
*Planned Preventative Maintenance
*Project work
*Continuous improvement work
*PLC Fault Finding
*Adhering to all Health & Safety Parameters within the Manufacturing Unit
Skills and Qualifications
*Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
*Multi-skilled maintenance engineering background
*Apprenticeship/recognised qualification is preferred
*PLC Fault Finding Experience
*Ability to Work well within a Team Environment
