Drama & PHSE Teaching Job for a Secondary School in Wiltshire, Near Swindon.
An exciting maternity post for a Secondary Drama and PHSE teacher has come available for the New Year in Swindon.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will deliver lessons to KS3 & 4 for both Drama and PHSE. Drama is the predominant role with 70% of the role teaching Drama and 30% PHSE. This is a full-time position involving both planning and marking.

Start date - March 2020
Duration / Likely Duration - Maternity cover definitely until the end of the Academic year 2021 with the view it will be likely extended to the following year
End date (if applicable) - July 2021 with potential extension
Contract type - Long-term
Full-time/part-time - Full time
Minimum rate of pay - Flexible dependant on pay scale
Hours - School contact time 8.30am-3.25pmExperience, Training and Qualifications of the Drama & PHSE Teaching Role:
QTS, PGCE or equivalent
Previous experience teaching both Drama & PHSE
Experience teaching within Secondary across KS3 & 4
Be engaging, adaptable and able to work part of a team
DBS on the update system or willing to proceed through process
Up-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable not essential)To be eligible for this role, the potential Drama & PHSE Teacher must:
Hold the right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list
DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
