CIPD Lecturer
College: Orbital South Colleges (John Ruskin College & East Surrey College)
Hourly pay rate: £34.12/hour (£28.62/hour + £5.50/hour as payment for annual leave) or a self-employed contract may be considered
Hours: One day per week 9:00 - 12:30
We are currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic CIPD Lecturer to join our Business & Professional Studies department. This exciting post will involve delivering the CIPD level 5 course to learners on behalf of Orbital South Colleges (consisting of East Surrey College, Redhill and John Ruskin College, South Croydon). This course will be taught remotely however you be required to attend regular meetings on site.
Working closely with the Director of Learning, you will plan and deliver lessons as well as maintain accurate records of students' retention, achievement and attendance. You will also act as a personal tutor, complete quality assurance processes and assess students work.
The successful candidate must have:
* A full CIPD qualification to Level 7 or equivalent (e.g. Masters or Postgraduate Diploma)
* A teaching or training qualification (level 3 or above)
* A current membership with the CIPD
* Relevant HR industry experience
* Previous teaching/training experience
