SEND Teaching Assistant
We need a teaching assistant for 5 days a week (Monday - Thursday between 08.30 - 16.00 and Friday 08.30 - 12.45), starting from Tuesday 04/01/2020. Trial days to be held this week!
* complex class (ideally with experience),
* worked with ASD and challenging behaviour students,
* keeping an active eye on the class / staff and being proactive when the situation demands it
* happy to help students when there are personal hygiene issues
The school is based in Carshalton, please let me know if you can start this week and commit for the rest of the academic year until July
The role is working with students aged 7 to 11 in a special educational needs school. You will need to be familiar with the early key stage curriculum.
This is a position from January to July through the agency, with the option of a permanent contract in September 2021
