How you will utilise your expertise:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our passionate and knowledgeable Technical R&D Department as a Project Lead. This exciting role will see you lead cross functional project teams through a Stage and Gate process delivering new product and system innovations, raw material change and process efficiency projects. You will specifically be involved with our plasterboard systems side of the business specialising with partition, wall, floor and ceiling technical performances.

In this role, you can expect an exciting varied project role. Here you will;

Typically have a number of projects to work on at a time within Product Development
Use your project management tools to see a project through
Be involved with the whole process of a project from; defining the project, developing, testing, training and supporting the launch
Work closely and collaborating with various other functions of the business

This role also comes with a vast amount of investment from us to you - in terms of training you within project management as well as our business needs.

To be suitable for the Project Lead role, it is essential you have and meet the following criteria;

A degree in either engineering or science
Experience within a similar project type role working across functional teams
Excellent team working skills - due to working with various other departments
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A full and clean driving licence - as there will be occasional travel to our other sites for testing
