Customer Service Advisor in Oxfordshire

We are delighted to be working with an expanding and well-established manufacturing company based in West Oxfordshire.

Our long-standing client seeks Customer Service Advisors to help with a new divisional set up and brand new project.

The ideal candidates will be team players and have a passion for offering the best possible service.

Day to day duties will involve:

* Processing orders

* Promoting new products

* Maximise the order book by liaising with the supply chain

* Handle complaints professionally and resolve situations quickly and efficiently

* Provide proactive solutions whilst executing professional customer service.

This role would suit someone with at least one years' experience in a Customer facing role or a confident and assertive applicant who wishes to join an expanding business where development and training will be given.
