Sales Advisor - No Cold Calling
We are looking for experienced sales advisors to work for our expanding client based in Wakefield. The role involves calling warm web leads and dealing with inbound queries, no cold calling.
Ideally, we are looking for some sales experience, this can be in a retail or office environment. Although this is a sales advisor role, a large part of the duties involve looking after the customer. We are looking for someone who can spot a sales opportunity but ultimately do the right thing for the customer.
Main duties
* Calling customers who have made enquiries on the website
* Taking inbound sales leads
* Fact find and recommend the right products for the customer
* Where possible, upsell or cross sell alternative products
* Update database
* General customer service
Required experience
* Some awareness of the sales process
* Excellent customer service skills
* Great communication skills
* Good computer skills
This role will involve three weeks of office based training and then working from home full time.
This role is temp to perm
£8.72 per hour with a 10% bonus
Day shift with one weekend day 10am-4pm - 40 hours per week
