We are looking for a dedicated Branch Manager to supervise and empower the team here at CTD Cambridge. You'll play a crucial part in our day to day operations, helping the team achieve and exceed branch KPI's, whilst ensuring we always go that extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.
As a Branch Manager with CTD, you will:
Lead, inspire and motivate a dedicated team to promote CTD as the leading supplier of tiles and high quality ceramics.
Monitor KPIs for the branch and look for new ways to innovate and drive growth for the business.
Ensure the branch delivers a consistently great experience to all of our customers.
Coordinate promotional activity and analyse competitor activity, compiling reports for use in operational forecasting.

So if you have...
Demonstrable people management and supervisory experience.
Previous experience within the tiling sector or a relevant merchanting background - desirable.
A track record of achieving over and above targeted KPIs.
Excellent financial and commercial awareness.
Fantastic customer service experience and know what great service looks, sounds and feels like.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A resilient nature and are a real team player, with a positive, can do attitude
