Role
You will be joining this growing dental aesthetics business in the launch of their new flagship practice in the heart of Bristol.
Backed by an experienced management team, the Compliance Lead/Trainee Practice Manager will be responsible for the launch of the new practice including recruitment of nursing and support staff, supervising the fit out of the premises and preparing the practice for its marketing launch.
Responsibilities
The post holder will have day to day management responsibilities for the smooth running of the practice including all staff management and performance issues, compliance regulatory management, building and health and safety management.
You will be supported with appropriate training e.g. ILM Level 4/5 .
