The Job
Protocol is pleased to be working alongside a leading Education provider to recruit for a hardworking individual who can work on their own initiative to undertake a busy full time, temporary Learning Support Assistant at a leading Further Education College in Birmingham.
The successful candidate would need to be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills and sharp attention to detail.
Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
*Must have experience in supporting students with learning, additional and complex needs.
*Must hold a relevant qualification at least level 3.
*Would ideally have experience in a pre-16 sector.
*Would ideally have level 4 supporting children and young people in Education
*Desirable personal care experience
