An Specialist School in Eltham is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join their team on an ongoing basis with the potential to go permanent!
This school provides an alternative full time education for Ks3 and KS4 pupils who have a range of Special Education Needs and Disabilities.
As a Behaviour mentor here, you will supporting a students who have online lessons in the morning and Crafts or Sport lessons in the afternoon. These students suffer with Anxiety as well as ADHD.
You will play a key role in supporting teachers by mentoring disaffected young people with varying learning needs and challenging behaviour to make positive choices about their future.
Additionally, you will provide support for off site activities, personal development and sports programmes.
