IT Service Desk Analyst/1st Line Support - £25k - Bristol (3x Positions)

Several new opportunities have recently arisen for IT Service Desk Analysts / 1st Line Support Analysts to join a leading and growing team based in the heart of the Bristol (5 mins walk from Bristol Temple Meads).

You will be joining a successful and growing team working and supporting the UK's wide team - currently 6 offices around the UK and around 1,100 staff.

As a member of the wider IT support team, you'' become a vital part of the continues success of company.

What will you be doing?

*Taking calls from internal staff and external clients
*Logging all incidents on IT service Management tools
*Ensuring incidents are logged and managed in line with all documented departmental and firm policy and procedures.
*Following relevant escalation points

What skills and experience are we looking for?

*Experience working within a professional and busy IT Service Desk.
*Excellent customer service skills, telephone manner and written communication skills.
*Ability to remain calm under pressure.
*Ability to work with people at all levels, and an excellent team member.
