We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Sales Executive to join our successful team in a busy office, with a salary of £19,000 per annum + commission.

We are the largest stem cell bank in the UK, having stored more samples than all other UK banks combined and have been established for over 14 years. We fully believe in the value of these services, as well as their present and future possibilities. We offer core services for stem cell banking; umbilical cord and dental pulp.
We currently have a vacancy for a permanent Customer Care Sales Executive reporting to the UK Sales & Marketing Manager. This position comprises of mainly outbound selling techniques and impeccable customer care. You will join our team based on the Nottingham Science & Technology Park. Full time hours of work will be 37.5hrs per week. There may be a requirement for 3 - 4 times a year to work weekends at exhibitions as well as 1 week per month on call responsibility.
Answering client enquiries and discussing the service in depth, promoting the companies USPs and up-selling further products
Providing support to existing clients
Distributing information to clients
Close adherence to KPIs and sales targets to ensure these are met
Problem resolution and dealing with challenging clients
Completion of client data entry and ensuring data is up to date and accurate
Distribution of sensitive data electronically in adherence to GDPR regulations
Recurrently update your knowledge of all company policies and adhere to the Quality Management System in line with ISO9001.
Weekend work required 3-4 times a year for exhibitions (paid overtime)
1 week per month on call responsibility (overtime paid)
Ability to hit targets and motivation to exceed expectations
Time keeping and accuracy are essential in this fast-paced role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are paramount to this position.
As this is such a varied role, the ability to plan ahead and prioritise an ever-changing workload is essential to success.
You will need to be a confident and competent user of Microsoft Office.
