Ops Clerk (mat cover)
Our client based just outside of Bedford is looking for someone to join their bubbly and outgoing team. A customer service / fast paced retail or ops clerk background is the perfect person for this role. This will be a 9 - 12 month role - with a possibility of afterwards becoming permanent depending on how it goes and how much the team grow over this time period.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Fast paced
· Shifts to be 0530 to 1330 and 1200 to 2000
· Dealing with drivers - who may need hand holding
· Booking out fuel cards, trade plates, tablets etc on Google Sheets
· Recording issues onto spreadsheet
· Dealing and resolving issues, including if needs be escalating
· Answering phones
· Self motivated
· Working in a team
· IT Literate
· Calming towards drivers
· Good telephone and comms
