ATS Euromaster in Gloucester are now looking for a Centre Operations Manager to join the team.
Established in 1965, ATS Euromaster is a nationwide tyre retailer and comprehensive tyre service provider with over 50 years of experience and a network of 260 Service Centres across the UK.
As the Centre Operations Manager you will engage, develop and manage the performance of the team, and be accountable for the centre budget, achievement of KPI's and objectives in order to maximise sales and enhance profitability. All within a busy retail centre, servicing a range of light vehicles. This centre offers a comprehensive range of products and service maintenance to our retail and fleet customers.
The ideal candidate will have a real sense of team spirit, be open, friendly and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
It is essential for you to have extensive work experience in a similar role delivering outstanding customer care and high sales performance, leading and managing a team of people, use initiative to make informed decisions and to organise, prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
