Maintenance Engineer
Luxury print, packaging and paper industry.
Commutable from: Northampton, Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Milton Keynes
Desirable shift pattern: Monday-Friday 8 hour Days.
Starting Salary: £35,000 p/a to £38,000 p/a.
The Business
Auxtronic is partnered with a 50 year established family run business that specialise in the design and manufacture of luxury print and packaging products for the food, online retailing and pharmaceutical industries.
Whilst faced with the difficulties of the pandemic, the team have worked hard to meet increased customer orders and in recognition of their success have secured long term contracts with leading supermarket giants.
Our opinion: One of the most exciting things about our client is they have recently partnered with a parent company that has granted them with £100 million they can use to further expand and build their business which is quite unique given the cutbacks and redundancies going on elsewhere in the market.

Entry requirements
*
5 Years minimum experience as a Maintenance Engineer.
*
Preferred industry experience: Packaging, Food, Distribution and Recycling
*
Multi skilled capabilities - Either Mechanical or Electrical bias.
*
Great communicator with production staff, maintenance and leadership teams.
*
Apprenticeship trained with a City & Guilds, BTEC or NVQ level 3 qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
