Workshop Administrator - Preston - £19k - £20k plus Bonus
Clemence Rogers are recruiting a Workshop Administrator to join a leading supplier of logistical services based in Preston.
Key Responsibilities of a Workshop Administrator:
Upload and process reports such as Job cards and service history.
Liaise with internal/external customers and suppliers.
Prepare and maintain documentation.
Assist with purchasing of items for maintenance and breakdowns.
Play a vital role as an Administrator supporting our workshop team with a range of professional and high quality services.
Identify all recharge and warranty opportunities
Previous experience within a commercial service environment, LCV or HGV, would be advantageous but is not essential.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Kerridge experience essential
Presentable and experience of working in a customer service environment
Previous experience of working in a fast paced service department would be an advantage but not essential
Ability to work on own initiative
Focused on customer service
9 hour day working 08.00 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday
