Contract Delivery Officer Grade 7 (£27,800 - £30,213)

Perm

The main purpose of the post is to provide support to the Investment Delivery team with the planning, programming and delivery of new and existing projects.

The successful candidate will be expected to lead on the provision of a high quality customer and stakeholder engagement.

The job will also involve providing effective performance monitoring and reporting on programme delivery, the performance of contractors and key performance measures including customer satisfaction.

Supporting the management of project spend and effective budget and forecast management.

Key Responsibilities

To support the provision of a proactive customer focused approach to the delivery of the Investment Delivery team activity.

Support the administration of contracts including attending progress meetings and recording and monitoring actions.

To lead the programme support function on designated projects, in the provision of a high quality customer interface for specified projects.

Support the procurement of external contractors.

Support team performance monitoring through efficient and effective data collection and reporting on project delivery.

To lead on the use of satisfaction data to shape the service and evidence improvements.

To assist in the development of the capital works programme consulting with all stakeholders in its production and ensuring that the views of tenants and leaseholders are promoted.

To support the Project Officers and Programme Managers to monitor the team and contractor performance to ensure the effective delivery of FCHO's investment programme.

Produce and issue regular information/reports in relation to performance of planned and current programmes.

To consult with customers, arranging meetings to communicate information appropriately, including the taking and distribution of minutes.

To develop and maintain effective channels of communication and liaise with partners internally and externally ensuring they are well informed of progress with the programmes.

To produce letters, leaflets and documents using plain language, to advise tenants of the improvement works planned for their home considering equality and diversity throughout the process.

To prepare articles for publication in the press and internal communications in conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Team.

To undertake any other duties appropriate to the purpose of the post as required by the Organisation.
