Junior Customer Success Manager (M/F/D) - London
EcoVadis is looking for a talented Junior Customer Success Manager who is driven by sustainability issues, to step up and join our London team, bringing some energy and joy to the role, looking after EcoVadis' customers.
The Customer Success Manager's primary responsibility is to:

Provide thought leadership and effectively communicate the EcoVadis vision for Sustainable Supply Chain Management;
*
Drive effective implementation strategies of the EcoVadis solution within a portfolio of key Accounts;
*
Closely monitor customers' implementation success and grow EcoVadis sales within the accounts;
*
Act as a key facilitator between the Customer and EcoVadis delivery teams;
*
Improve customer satisfaction by appropriate escalation of issues leading to resolution of problems.
Duties And Responsibilities
*
Builds relationships with key buying influencers across the management (CPO, CSR VP, Project Manager);
*
Ensures effective roll outs within existing client base - high level program management;
*
Drives Change Management to integrate EcoVadis ratings into customers' procurement processes (e.g. RFP's, SRM, Qualification);
*
Identifies opportunities for expanding usage and obtains customer advocacy;
*
Create powerful visual presentations and winning proposals for additional services;
*
Teamwork and best practice sharing to contribute to the development of EcoVadis service offering.

Providing support for Account Executives business development efforts
