Randstad CPE are currently looking for a Customer Service Transport Coordinator to begin work in Nottinghamshire as soon as possible.
This will be working for a hugely successful and well known company on a temporary but ongoing basis.
The below responsibilities include but are not limited to;
The use of Excel creating pivot tables from a set of data, sorting data, inserting formulas and using VLOOKUP
Preparing of reports
Building relationships with the customer service team
Relationship building with third party hauliers
Ensure all deliveries are booked
Plan and coordinate all bookings
Monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
