£24,962 to £30,659, per annum (inclusive of London weighting) + substantial benefits package
University College London (UCL) is a globally recognised Institution and one of the UK's most successful Universities with over 12,000 staff and 38,000 students. The activities of UCL have expanded as a result of a number of mergers and academic and funding opportunities.
Their estate comprises of over 250 buildings valued in excess of £2bn including more than 4 million square feet of academic teaching space and c.6000 units of student accommodation. UCL is embarking on a 10 year Capital Programme which will see capital investment over the period amounting to around £1.2bn and including the development of a New University Quarter (UCL East) at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
UCL Accommodation has set out an ambitious new vision of becoming the leading provider of accommodation in the HEI sector; delivering an exceptional student experience and is embarking on new strategy to delivery this vision. The UCL accommodation team manage 26 halls which are home to 6500 students.
The Accommodation Advisor will be responsible for operating our halls of residences. Our buildings offer a social and collaborative community for our students to live whilst studying. You will deliver an impeccable and sincere service to create a first-class student experience.
You will champion best in class delivery and our ambition to be the leading provider of student accommodation within higher education.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in a similar front of house accommodation led environment, which could be a nominated student provider, hotel, retail or leisure venue. You will possess demonstrable experience in providing a 'best in class' service with a proven track record in motivating and leading front of house teams while maintaining a high level of H&S.

The competitive benefits package includes 27 days annual leave + 6 closure days (over Easter and Christmas) + bank holidays. The USS pension scheme has employer contributions of 18%.
