UCL Accommodation has set out an ambitious new vision of becoming the leading provider of accommodation in the HEI sector; delivering an exceptional student experience and is embarking on new strategy to delivery this vision. The UCL accommodation team manage 26 halls which are home to 6500 students.
Overview
The Accommodation Advisor will be responsible for operating our halls of residences. Our buildings offer a social and collaborative community for our students to live whilst studying. You will deliver an impeccable and sincere service to create a first-class student experience.
You will champion best in class delivery and our ambition to be the leading provider of student accommodation within higher education.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have a proven background in a similar front of house accommodation led environment, which could be a nominated student provider, hotel, retail or leisure venue. You will possess demonstrable experience in providing a 'best in class' service with a proven track record in motivating and leading front of house teams while maintaining a high level of H&S.
