Job description

We are currently recruiting 4 Clerical Assistant to support January Enrolment,
Duties to include;
-checking right to study documents by email and updating tracking spreadsheets,
-updating the University's student record system,
-uploading enrolment packs to the electronic storage system,
-managing shared inboxes and categorising/responding to emails,
-recording details of students who are missing documentation and chasing the student or other internal areas of the University group
-providing quality checks of this information in preparation for internal and Home Office auditors

Skills and experience required for the role:
-Qualifications in GCSE and above
-Experience in understanding of Right to Work in the UK
-Strong administration skills
-Strong knowledge of using Excel and SharePoint
-Good organisational skills
-Good customer service skills
-Good communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Ability to record and collate data
