You will then identify practical strategies to make sure we’re meeting each and every regulation – and improving the care we deliver, too.

Working closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists and senior clinical staff in each home, you’ll plan and help implement key actions to address any issues and keep improving standards month in, month out. An experienced nurse, you’ve worked in a care home environment, and as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly-qualified nurses.
