About You
For you, that will mean making sure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that’s unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice and a background in person centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll be a great leader and mentor with clinical auditing experience and great record keeping skills. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.

About The Company
hi Ideally placed in Aberdeen, Hamewith Lodge is a purpose-built care home offering nursing and nursing dementia care, as well as care for young people with physical disabilities.

With four sitting rooms and two dining areas, Residents are offered plenty of spaces in which to relax and dine, all with furnishings specially designed for comfort. The hairdressing salon, memory room and a room to pursue hobbies and interests are all on hand for Residents’ convenience and enjoyment. The garden and patio area, which is looked after by some of the Residents, makes for a great setting to catch up with friends and family on a sunny day. The bright, comfortable bedrooms are all easily accessible by wheelchair.

 The home’s caring team has created a family atmosphere, encouraging everyone to eat and celebrate special occasions together. Residents are invited to decorate their rooms with small items of their own furniture and treasured belongings so that it feels just like home. Daily life is carefully designed to support mind, body and soul.
