We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their customer service skills through an apprenticeship programme whilst supporting the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team.
Being able to show an understanding of the issues faced by different groups of people will be important, and some previous work experience would be advantageous but not essential.
Ability to use Microsoft Office suites, and work as part of a team will be key.
