Providehas developed a Workforce Solutions team that aims to support the whole organisation in relation to staffing. Some of you will be familiar with the term ‘bank’, Workforce Solutions works on the same basis but offers greater flexibility.

Previous experience as a HCA is desirable. Highly motivated and able to provide high quality patient care.

We are looking for experienced HCA's to join our Workforce Solutions Team to work flexibly on an as and when basis on our Community Hospital wards. Due to the COVID19 outbreak we currently have two wards based in Braintree Community Hospital and one ward in St Peter's Hospital, Maldon.
