Band 5 Staff Nurse – Frailty Ward

 

Exceptional career beginnings and advancement opportunities are available at our CQC Outstanding Trust for newly qualified and experienced registrants who wish to join our Frailty teams as Staff Nurses and Registered Nurse Associates.

We are proud of our nationally recognised Frailty Service which includes a Frailty Assessment Ambulatory area alongside inpatient beds. Our Trust is leading the way in caring for frail and elderly patients. It is collaboratively working with community services, primary care and the local authority to develop a joined up approach.

You will be working alongside multi-professional colleagues with specialist skills in Frailty on one of our 2 frailty inpatient wards or in our Frailty Assessment area. We are proud of the support provided to our staff by our Practice Development team and the development opportunities we can offer you.
