We are looking for an experienced Infection Prevention and Control Nurse to join our team.

You will join a lively, passionate and motivated group of health care professionals working across UHD delivering an excellent IPC service. The Trust is currently planning for several large development projects and you will be able to help inform the future of how IPC is delivered within this organisation.

Dorset is an area leading the way in developing an Integrated Care System, these are new and exciting times within Health Care. This role will enable the post holder to shape and develop new ways of working as part of the Integrated Care System.

To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent leadership skills, which include experience of change management, team and personal development and managing poor performance. Skills in leading and chairing meetings and the facilitation of groups is also a key requirement.

We are looking for someone with experience in IPC, who has excellent communication skills and is used to using these skills to exercise tact and diplomacy while analysing situations and providing resolutions.
