My client is one of the UK's leading media agencies within the luxury / fashion and lifestyle sector.

They have an incredible reputation and a really strong client roster made up of some of the world's best-known luxury brands… some incredible names!

Being an independent agency they have a really nice, close-knit culture in place and offer brilliant opportunities for progression and development due to their flat structure.

They are looking for a talented Paid Social Executive / Senior Executive who is keen to take on more responsibility and progress their career within an entrepreneurial setting.

Previous experience within the luxury sector would be a benefit, but is not a pre-requisite. More important is the want to work with clients within that sector. Paid Social is a key area of growth and a real focal point for their clients so this role offers a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in the agency's success.

Key skills / experience:
*Prior experience within a Paid Social / Digital role at an agency or client-side organisation
*Comfortable setting up Paid Social campaigns, with experience of Facebook Business Manager being essential
*Experience in ad ops / digital campaign set up would be beneficial (but not a must have)
*An interest in working on fashion / luxury brands
*Confident at reporting and presenting findings
*Analytical mindset

Key responsibilities:
*Ability to take ownership of all Paid Social elements across a number of clients
*Provide clear recommendations to clients
*Responsible for the full Digital / Paid Social campaign set up; checking campaigns daily and communicating optimisation recommendations
*Present reports and findings to the wider team
*Work with the wider team to ensure a holistic approach
