We are recruiting for a Graduate Architectural Technologist to join one of the leading architectural practices based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
This RIBA practice has taken on 6 new staff in the last 4 months and they are now looking for a Junior Architectural Technologist to join the growing team.
For the right Graduate Architectural Technologist, this is an exciting opportunity to operate across the whole company and to work on different projects.
The role will focus on using Revit to produce technical drawings, 3D Models, draw up existing and proposed plants, and contributing to projects.
This RIBA practice employs over 25 staff and is known for their brave and unique designs and work all over the UK, designing and delivering on projects. They work within a variety of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Logistics, and Retail projects.
The practice has some core believes which includes working with BIM and the latest industry technologies whilst making all projects as sustainable as possible. The practice has a family feel to it with people being the heart of everything they do.
To Be Considered: Graduate Architectural Technologist
* Able to use Revit is essential
* A driver's license and live within an hour of Harrogate
* Can produce working drawings, 3d Models, draw up plans, elevations
* Identify problems and work to deadlines under pressure.
The salary for this position ranges from £17,000-£22,000 depending on previous experience.
