Junior Architectural Technician
We are currently recruiting for a Junior / Graduate Architectural Technologist to join a multi-disciplinary practice based in Plymouth.
This practice has won several new projects and is looking to grow its architectural team by taking on a Graduate/Junior Architectural Technologist in their Plymouth office.
Overall, this company has 4 offices and employs over 60 staff. They have an increasing workload, and they are looking to develop the business further. This is a great role for someone to advance in their career and join one of the most respected independent practices in the South West.
The Plymouth office consists of Engineers, Architectural and Surveying staff. This position will see you work across a variety of sectors including housing, local authority, property development, education, mod, conservation, and more.
Every day will be different due to the mixture and variety of work.
The Role: Junior/Graduate Architectural Technologist
* Provide technical assistance and work alongside Senior Technologists
* Use AutoCAD & Revit
* Liaise with local authorities including building and planning and internal/external consultants
* Generate planning, tender, and construction packages in AutoCAD and Revit
* Preparing drawings, specification, schedules, and designs
The salary for this position ranges from £18,000-£24,000 depending on previous experience plus a great benefits package.
