The Sales team's job is also to acquire new restaurant partners and welcome them into our community by introducing our values and USPs.

It's not just about getting orders though. Working for our Sales team means you'll need to hold our partners' hands throughout our partnership and provide them with the advice they'll need - as and when they need it.

The Strategic Accounts team has successfully grown over the the past 18 months to become a vital key component of our strategic objectives within the UK. Over this short period the team has successfully partnered with many of the leading global, national and regional brands operating in the UK and have onboarded thousands of branded restaurant stores across the UK.

We are looking for a dynamic, talented individual to join this exciting fast paced team. This person will have the opportunity to shape, develop and grow our key partnerships with existing brands such as KFC, Burger King, Subway, GBK, Las Iguanas, Frankie & Benny's and many many more.

Key responsibilities:

Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Overall ownership of the day-to-day management of all aspects of a number of smaller branded restaurant partner relationships, providing the drive, momentum and energy to develop and grow these partnerships and ensure progress on key opportunities and risks.
  • Supporting Strategic Account Managers with driving performance of larger branded chain accounts, including leading weekly calls and preparation of materials for monthly review meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong and long lasting relationships with our restaurant partners across both head office down to franchises/store operations ensuring resolution of issues without relying on escalation, and avoiding unplanned escalations from counterparts.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders (including delivery operations, marketing and product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that they are optimised for success.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the takeaway and dining sectors, trends and the competitive landscape.
