Learning Support Assistant needed in a Primary SEND School in Moseley

A fantastic Primary SEND School is looking for an LSA who has experience supporting primary age students with Autism.
The post will be supporting in lessons to primary aged students with Autism. The students here can have SLD, SEMH, complex needs and challenging behaviour so having experience with Autism is compulsory.
The ideal LSA will be:
An LSA with experience supporting primary aged students with Autism
Be able to support students with complex needs, SEMH and challenging behaviour
Resilient and patient
Able to work with both groups and one-to-one
