Our client based in Huntingdon is looking to recruit a Claims Dispatcher on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working within an area team and will be responsible for the initial contact with the customer. Your role will involve making a courtesy call and dispatching a technician ensuring the highest standards of customer service are consistently delivered within agreed service level agreements for key client contracts and optimum utilisation of technicians achieved.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with customers and technicians
Dispatch areas in order to achieve departments service level agreements
Assist the team with the handling of calls
Attend occasional client visits (internal/external)
Provide support during initial notification, giving prompt and accurate advice
Analyse and review technicians diary in order to effectively plan and prioritise workload to achieve agreed service level agreements
Immediately report any complaint/problems, in accordance with the formal complaints procedure
Book visits from all relevant dispatch lists so that all jobs are visited
Respond & resolve customer queries to optimise customer service
Arrange appointments and scheduling
Pursue sales leads to expand the business
Requirements:
Computer skills (word, excel, GMail, Simply)
GCSE English / Mathematics
Computer / administration
Be organised and efficient
Have excellent Customer Service skills
