Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical maintenance engineer required for a fantastic opportunity in SE1. Working for a leading global facilities company on an impressive, modern building you will be paid up to £38,000 with the opportunity to progress.

You will be part of a maintenance team that carries out PPM and reactive maintenance across the site. You will be responsible for statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks.

Duties

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 17.30 you will be responsible for every aspect of building maintenance including the following:

·Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance

·General building services tasks

·AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment, Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's,

·Statutory compliance tasks

Requirements

·Apprentice Trained

·Electrical City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent

·17th/18th Edition

·Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
