The Role - Youth Support Worker (Behaviour Mentor) - Barking & Dagenham
We are looking for an inspirational Youth Support Worker to join a challenging SEMH School starting January 2021 until the end of the academic year. For this youth support worker role, you should ideally have at least 1 years' experience working with challenging behaviour, this does not necessarily have to be within the classroom setting. To be a successful Youth Support Worker you must be able to think on the spot and act quickly should a challenging situation arise and must be able to build positive rapport with students to ensure successful outcomes. Due to the nature of the role, Physical Intervention Training is highly desired for the position of Youth Support Worker.
