Debt Management Executive in Suffolk

Job description

Our client, a well-established business in Ipswich are looking to recruit a Debt Management Executive to join their high achieving and expanding team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within debt management and be looking to take the next step forward in their career.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Pre-debt monitoring and chasing and overdue debt chasing

* Payment history analysis and reporting and improvement recommendations

* Communicating with customers via telephone, e mail and letter

* Monitor report and apply interest payments for late payment

* Tracing customers and confirming information via different media to support the debt collection process

* Process improvement

* Work closely with Customer Service Executives, Sales Teams and Credit Risk team

The ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge/experience in the above, as well as the ability to self-motivate whilst staying focused to the task at hand. Having good communication skills will be essential due to high amount of communicating between various parties when both in tense and pressurised situations. Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel are imperative.
