Graduate Technical Support in Rainworth

What are you going to do:

• Understand and quickly diagnose customer support queries and provide the best level of customer service possible, all via live chat and a ticketing system.
• Liaise with different departments within 20i to resolve complex technical problems. 
• Develop a deep knowledge of 20i infrastructure and the benefits it delivers to customer businesses. 
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of relevant support policies and provide accurate resolutions to customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science (or closely related)
• A genuine love for technology.
• Good grades at school and college.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Confident and self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
• A desire to learn and progress through the business.
