We're recruiting on behalf of a prestigious manufacturer with a heritage spanning multiple generations, renowned for the design, innovation and manufacture of a leading, luxury product. Based just outside Leeds City Centre
We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their existing team.
This is an integral role for the logistics team. The role will focus on route planning delivering ultimate customer service to the business and customers.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing various stakeholders both internally and externally
Key responsibilities are:
Route Planning
Customer management
Fleet and Vehicle Management
Despatch
Managing suppliers
Management informationYou
Ideally you will have experience within a logistics/distribution/ supply chain environment
Experience in freight forwarding will be advantageous.
You will have strong administration skills, including Excel
Excellent communication skills
Enjoy working to deadlines and fast pace environment
Flexible on working hours - to get the job done!
