Our client urgently requires 3 x Customer Service Advisers to help with a mass roll out of a new product. The ideal candidates will have a background in customer service, preferably in a busy call centre environment. You will be experienced in making and receiving calls, dealing with queries and peoples personal information. You must be robust and able to deal with complaints whilst maintaining your resolve and showing empathy to the customer.
Initially the roles will be on a contract basis but may lead to permanent or ongoing employment for the right candidates
