Contact Centre Manager- Hampshire
6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Starting ASAP
FTE £40,000 P/A
Full Time- Core Business Hours
Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Contact Centre Manager to join one of our top clients in Hampshire to work remotely. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of a new project.
The Role:
Manage the customer service team, remotely and in office.
Provide advice to the team to determine alternative services.
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalations.
Carry out training workshops for the team.
Provide reports to senior levels when requested.
Build effective relationships internally and externally ensuring the best practice of client service delivery.
Proactively support the team with one-to-one coaching and help develop team members.
Carry out other adhoc duties when requested.
The Ideal Candidate:
You must have recent experience working in a contact centre manager role or similar!
Having experience managing a team remotely would be a huge advantage!
Must be an excellent communicator
You will need to be committed, compassionate and innovative!
