Support Worker - Disabilities (No experience needed)
We have an exciting opportunity coming up! We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Social Care and Education provider for Permanent Support Worker posts.
Do you have an interest in delivering specialist education and residential care to those with autism and Asperger's syndrome? Are you energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for helping young people who may have previously struggled in conventional mainstream services? Do you have a desire to make a difference and enrich the lives of others?

They provide multi award-winning specialist education, residential care and vocation services that support young people (aged 16+) with an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) - providing the encouragement needed to help them achieve their full potential.
This is a challenging role, you will be working with individuals who display behaviours that are challenging. These behaviours can include putting themselves in risk or harming themselves, it can also mean creating risks for other people or harming others.
No formal training or experience is needed for this role. Full training, mentoring and supervision is provided through the course of employment.
