Customer Service Advisor - 6 months contract

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responding to customer queries via telephone, providing a great experience for customers and taking ownership of their calls. We are looking for those with great energy who enjoy helping others as your will be
6 months fixed term contract - Start Date will be early 2021
Location: This role will be home based - you must be located within the UK.
Hours: 40 hours per week, the operation is opened Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm. You will work 5 days out of 7
Salary; £18,137 per annum
Training: 2.5 days
Requirements for this role:
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrate computer literacy (MS office skills)
Ability to positively control your calls whilst showing patience and empathy.
Passion for helping others
Experience working in a fast-paced environment focussing on Customer Service
Great attention to detail Please note our office will close on 24th December and will reopen on Tuesday 05th January.
