Project Manager
Akton Resourcing has an opening for a Project Manager in Derbyshire
Purpose of this role:
To manage and support the development and implementation of key corporate policies and plans on behalf of the authority and the department, specifically projects related to the implementation of the agreed new council-wide Customer Feedback and Complaints procedure by April 2021.
Key relationships:
* Working with senior service managers across a number of council departments / service areas
* Engaging with partner organisations
* Engaging with private sector service providers
* Engaging with and consulting members of the public and people who use our services
* Close working with cross-departmental groups, in particularly groups that are part of the Customer Feedback (Complaints, comments and compliments) review, supporting the overall programme and feeding in departmental issues and impacts
* Engaging with and consulting Voluntary and Community Sector organisations if required
* Liaising with Elected members as required
* Working with Strategic Directors and Assistant Directors as required
