Newstaff Employment Services are working in Partnership with a Warehouse & Distribution Home Delivery company based in Kingston Milton Keynes
We are recruiting for a Brand Ambassador Delivery Driver, Reporting to the Transport Manager
The Brand Ambassador Driver will be at the forefront of exceptional customer service
Working with a Brand Ambassador Porter
Responsibilities will include the safe and secure loading of deliveries
Onward delivery to the customers premises
The delivery team will always operate in a professional and customer focused manner ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
Ensuring road traffic and vehicle legislation and company procedures are followed
Must be well presented at all times
Have great communication skills
Take pride in their work and above all care about their customers
Flexibility will be essential as routes will vary in length and duration
Responsible for vehicle and equipment, daily checks
Always operate in a professional, well presented manner taking pride in their work while achieving high levels of customer services
Must:
No DR or IN points on licence
25 years or over due to drivers insurance
Experience in customer service facing role
Experienced in vehicle driving while achieving high levels of service
MUST BE Experienced in Home Furniture Delivery
Proven track record of reliability
Have a CRB or be able to apply and pass
Physically fit (able and willing to lift large pieces of furniture)
