Technical Delivery Innovation Manager - sustainability

Remote - South West based business.

£40,000 + Benefits

This wonderful, family led business who have been successfully running for the past 10 years are looking for an innovation delivery manager to join the team. They are an independent business using the power of data to help large organisations more efficient, profitable and most importantly more sustainable.
They have worked with the likes of Sky, UnderArmour and John Lewis to name a few and out to drive positive change for people and the planet!

Due to fantastic growth in 2020 and their future plans this year they are looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability to join their support and delivery team.

What you'll be to day to day:

• You'll be the manager of the support and delivery team
• Responsible for driving new technical innovation projects forward.
• Overseeing and managing all internal and external IT services.
• Delivering management and projects of client services
• Managing recruitment, performance, training and development of the whole team
• Project managing and supporting a number of client projects
• Work closely with account managers and the wider delivery team
• Monthly reporting and keeping on top of SLA's
• When it is safe to do so and when required you will represent the company and conferences and events all across the globe.

It's a pretty broad role, with different responsibility's, lots to get stuck into and take ownerships of. One thing, is no day to day will be the same.
Your experience and traits:

• We're looking for someone who has a knowledge in sustainability
• Experience managing and running multiple projects
• Experience in IT customer service/service delivery
• Knowledge of software implementation projects and project support
• Someone with a technical background working/managing technical consultants and data analysts
• Had a passion for innovation, loves to learn new things and push the boundaries and keep up to date with technical advancements
• Proactive, really good attention to detail, practical and organised.

The whole team are working from home and adapted to fully remote working. You'll continue working in the same way but they do have a now smaller office in Bristol and would like this person to come to the office once a week (more if you prefer) when it is safe to do so.
