Homebased Customer Service Representative, £8.72 per hour, In commuting distance of Newry, Ashby and Gateshead

What's involved
We're working with a leading telecommunications provider who is looking for people like you to help and support their customers with their technical challenges; troubleshooting problems and getting people's services restored quickly and efficiently.
Although full training is provided, you'll need to be tech savvy and have the professionalism and patience to support your customers who are less so!
You'll be working 40 hours per week. Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Weekend shifts are rotational, with time off during the week to compensate for any weekend work.
You must also be able to pass criminal record checks and satisfactory references.
