Apprenticeship Delivery Coach
Employability - Public Sector
Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week
Home based so can reside in any location

* To deliver a high quality teaching, learning and assessment within the public services sector, specialising in employability
* Tutoring, mentoring, coaching and developing a caseload of employability practitioner apprentices to attain the Level 4 Employability Practitioner standard
* Support learners to achieve Maths and English functional skills level 2, supported by a team of functional skills tutors
* Design, develop and delivering high quality training programmes
* Onboarding and induction for learners new to the apprenticeship programme
* Delivery on line one to one and in groups as the role is working from home
* Attend on line meetings with Managers
Skills Essential for the role:-
* Practical/vocational experience in employability
* Sector competency and experience of the employability practitioner standards
* Experience of supporting delivery at level 4
* Functional skills delivery
* Ideally Assessor award or equivalent, however not essential for this role
Salary and Benefits:-
* £25,600 to £32,000 per annum
