Customer Service Advisor - Inbound Call Centre

£17,000 - £20,000 per annum

Home Working - Must be in a 50 mile radius of Tunbridge Wells
We currently have exciting opportunities with a leading British Motoring Company within their Customer Services Teams. Working from the comfort of your own home and with IT equipment provided this is a perfect opportunity to kick start your career within the Customer Service industry.
This role will sit within the Motor Claims sector and different roles are available. We're currently recruiting for the following positions:
FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Advisors - £9 per hour initially
FNOL (First Notification of Loss) Advisors NIGHTS - £10 per hour initially
Recovery Claims Handlers - £9.56 per hour initially
Third Party Claims Handler - £9.56 per hour initially
We're considering candidates from strong Customer Services backgrounds such as; Call Centre, Sales, Retail, Hospitality and Public Sector. Claims or Call Centre experience is desired but not essential.
These roles will have varying hours, flexibility to work shifts is essential. Some of the above vacancies also have weekend working which is required.
Additional experience required:
Computer literate
Good spelling and grammar
Excellent telephone manner
