We're looking for consultants to join us in our Bristol office who will become specialised recruiters within the Engineering, IT and Technology markets.
Team Leader in g2 Bristol office Martin Shields joined g2 Recruitment after working in sales and account management after Graduation from University of West England in Business studies. Since he started a trainee recruiter 8 years ago he has had 4 promotions and is one of g2's UK top billers. Martin managers the IT & Engineering team, specialising in IT and Software markets placing candidate and Netherlands. He's billed nearly £2 million for g2 in the time he has been here and is a perfect example of the high achieving consultants we have in Bristol. As a manager Martin invests into each individual team member and is recognised for mentoring, support and 1:1 training, the help get each consultant billing fast!
We are offering you the opportunity to train with a manager who leads by example and delivers when it comes to getting results. You will receive expert guidance and top-class training, so you can hit the ground running and be a high achiever.

Benefits:
· Market leading uncapped commission structure which no other recruitment agency can match (Expected earnings Year 1- £35k, Year 2- 50k, Year 3 - 80k)
· £200 bonus on top of commission for each placement you make in your first 6 months
· £2,000 on top of your salary for every performance target hit (expected to hit 1 per year)
